Returns must be made within 30 days from the day product is delivered.
All returns must be authorized by Animations in the Wind BEFORE they are shipped to us.
A 25% restocking fee for non-defective items will be deducted from refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Animations in the Wind reserves the right to, at their discresion, use any shipping service for the delivery of a customer's order. The shipping service used may or may not be the service or provider indicated on the customer's invoice.
